Commat Health Initiatives is a Non-Government Organization (NGO) registered in Uganda.

Commat Health Initiatives is strongly committed to improving the health of women and girls through the promotion of reproductive and maternal health. Commat Health Initiatives aims at improving the quality of health care in Uganda through advocacy with policymakers to ensure improved funding and better policy environment as well as strengthening the health systems.

The promotion of women and girls’ sexual, reproductive health and rights including paying attention to obstetric fistula as well as the improvement of maternal and child health remain at the core of Commat Health Initiatives’ work in the African region in general and in Uganda in particular.
